Bo brings a unique and well-rounded background in politics, academia, start-ups, and corporate operations to the world of business brokerage. She began her career in the Kansas State Legislature, where she gained a deep understanding of economic policy and strategic communication. She then transitioned into academia before moving into the fast-paced start-up space, where she played a key role in launching industry-disrupting products with a focus on marketing, operations, and business growth.


Currently at Amazon, Bo has led e-commerce marketing and IT operations, specializing in customer experience and strategic partnerships. In addition to her corporate experience, she founded an innovative fitness start-up, successfully automating marketing and operations to drive efficiency and scale. Now pursuing her MBA, she continues to sharpen her expertise in business strategy, financial management, and entrepreneurship.


As a fifth-generation entrepreneur, Bo has a deep-rooted passion for small businesses, believing they are the backbone of thriving communities. Her strong ties to the entrepreneurial community give her firsthand insight into the mindset of business owners and the challenges they face.
